Ruthven (Campbell) Todd was a Scottish writer productive in many different fields, mainly known as a poet, but his literary works also include bestselling children’s books, a handful of crime novels and several books about the poet, artist, engraver and art printer William Blade. Todd also lectured on Literature, and edited anthologies and non-fiction books, and was a close friend of a number of authors and other cultural figures in primarily Great Britain and the USA in the mid-20th century.
